I’ve always had a passion for movement, health and helping people perform at their best. Before qualifying as a chiropractor, I spent several years working in the climbing industry and have over 10 years of climbing experience, alongside a passion for calisthenics and strength training. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for how the body moves and firsthand insight into both injury recovery and performance.
This passion led me to complete a Master’s degree in Chiropractic at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. My approach combines evidence-informed chiropractic care with rehabilitation, movement coaching and patient education. I have a keen interest in helping individuals through a holistic approach to healthcare, recognising that long-term health is influenced by factors such as movement, sleep, stress, nutrition and lifestyle, not just the symptoms that bring someone into the clinic.
Whether you’re dealing with pain, recovering from an injury or looking to improve your physical performance, my goal is to help you move with confidence and return to the activities that matter most.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me climbing, training calisthenics, hiking or exploring the outdoors with friends and family.
